How do I confirm that I'm an Advisor?
Respectime provides for a voluntary account verification procedure. Verification is necessary to confirm the identity of the expert and his/her competence. You can submit a corresponding request in the "Settings" section at the following link: https://web.respectime.app/settings
Verification consists of two steps: we contact you via a videocall to confirm your identity, and then we request diplomas and certificates to make sure you have the relevant knowledge.

Can I change my schedule and category?
Yes, at any time. This can be done in the "Settings" section at the following link: https://web.respectime.app/settings
Can I not get paid?
No, you can not. The funds are frozen on the user's account and transferred to you at the moment of sending the message
Can customers request a refund?
We have a system of mediation and review of applications, but refunds are made in exceptional situations: for example, direct insult to the user or replacement of the advisor by another person
Do I have to respond instantly?
No. You fill in the schedule and specify the time of consultations that is convenient for you - the client knows in advance at what interval to wait for a response. You are not obliged to follow the schedule, but remember that in case of dissatisfaction, the client may prefer another specialist
What if I can't give opinions in a correspondence format?
This is absolutely fine. Do the part of the work you can at Respectime: review the client's request, request additional information, schedule the client for a personal consultation. Get paid for this preparatory part of the work
What is Times?
This is Respectime's internal currency, all transactions on the platform take place in it.

At Respectime, you pay a 20% commission on withdrawals only
